About:  Hosted by Valene McMorrow, BS, MS, IBCLC, and owner of Scientist to Mama. Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating. Mama’s Time Out is your invitation to pause, breathe, and lean into your village. This monthly women's circle is a consistent, heart-centered space for new mamas to be heard, seen, and supported. Whether you’re navigating sleepless nights, celebrating a milestone, or processing big emotions, you don’t have to do it alone.
Here’s what you can expect in the Village:
    •    A safe space to share what’s on your heart and feel truly understood.
    •    Connection with other mamas in similar stages of motherhood.
    •    A chance to process challenges, celebrate milestones, or grieve transitions as your little one grows.

We understand that some providers may have appointments and clients, so if you need to come late or leave early, just let us know. We’ll make sure to hold space for you and ensure you have time to be heard!
